One of my favourite places in Helsinki is the National Library of Finland, also known as university’s main library to some. It’s designed C.L.Engel in 1836 and built in 1840-45. It’s typical empire and neo-classism style.

I watched yesterday Aki Kaurismäki’s film Mies vailla menneisyyttä (The Man without a Past) starring Kati Outinen.
I had a chance to visit a friend in Inkoo (Ingå in Swedish) and I took a chance to photograph the town’s old church. It’s build ca 15th century and the clock tower 18th century.
