National Library of Finland

One of my favourite places in Helsinki is the National Library of Finland, also known as university’s main library to some. It’s designed C.L.Engel in 1836 and built in 1840-45. It’s typical empire and neo-classism style.

Museum of Finnish Architecture (in details)

Visited Museum of Finnish Architecture today. They’ve one permanent exhibition “Decades of Finnish Architecture” plus two other exhibitions: “Castles in the Sky – Discarded Design” and “Unbuilt Helsinki” curated by Åbäke & Nene Tsuboi.
